Job brief: We are looking for a high-performing channel sales team member for PC business to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our market visibility and sales potential.
Annual plan and Market sensing:
• Develop quarterly/annual sales action plan to achieve sellout target.
• Follow market demand trend and coordinate with product team to improve product mix and pricing.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual/quarterly sales quotas for regions and territories
Market branding & Merchandising:
• Ensure market visibility through shop merchandising, signage, and any other available means
• Coordinate with channel marketing team to execute and plan market branding strategy
• Design and execute dealer promotional campaign
• Buildup and maintain rapport with dealer and relevant channel partners
• Manage and solve regular issues with ASUS enlisted partners Distributor Engagement:
• Supervise and coordinate with Distributor’s channel management team to achieve sellout target
• At least bachelor degree preferably in business management
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or trade marketing (fresher’s also can apply)
• Quick learner and team player
• Strong business sense and ability to create sales lead
• Strong communication and people management skill
